About MacHe Seibel

As a Member of Faculty for Menopause Treatment at Harvard Medical School, I leveraged my years of experience in women's health, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility to provide training, education, and care for women in any stage of menopause. I combine my medical knowledge with my personal insights from my wife's surgery that induced early menopause, to help women understand their options and make informed decisions about their health and well-being. I am also the Founding Publisher of The Hot Years, one of the leading menopause-focused magazines in the world, with over downloads of the free app. Through articles, videos, and audio, I share practical advice, essential information, and inspiring stories to empower women to enjoy life during and after menopause. Additionally, I am an Author of several books, including The Estrogen Window, The Estrogen Fix and Working Through Menopause: The Impact on Women, Businesses and The Bottom Line. I am passionate about raising awareness and dispelling myths about menopause, and I have received multiple national awards for public speaking, research, and writing, including the Media Award from The Menopause Society.
