About MacHlon Comvalius

Besides my responsibilities as a people manager (counselor), I am also an Engagement Manager, where I am responsible for service delivery- and stakeholder management, revenue, margin, business development, and developing the capabilities of my team members. Counseling my team of professionals in their personal growth and delivering value to Capgemini and its clients has my greatest passion. My performance can be characterized as a relationship builder and “getting things done," leveraging my personal skills and be a connected leader. During my professional career, I have built extensive knowledge and experience in many fields of interest, but mainly in Service Delivery Management and setting up offshore IT services. Currently, I am a Engagement Manager at Capgemini, with a profit & loss responsibility.
