I enjoy taking an idea and turning it into a reality for customers by an in person, hands on approach to personally ensure the customer’s satisfaction and benefit from their return business. I find in person sales crucial to success by getting to know customers better than your typical surface level sales call. Developing rapport, finding mutual interests where it may not immediately be apparent and growing business relationships into the first call they make is a skill I pride myself in. Opening my knowledge to direct contacts in fields I don’t specialize in, provides me the ability to confidently tell my customers, “Call me first and if for any reason I’m unable to help, I’ll get the right person to contact you.” No customer will turn away from a one consistent contact offering free services to help with their workload throughout the day. The ability to read social cues, buyer key words and allowing your customer time to think and speak their opinion on their actual needs are a few skills I have mastered throughout my career. I enjoy turning average sales pitch into a welcomed conversation that allows the buyer a brief break from work while walking away with a closed sale. Building new relationships in new territories, in a variety of industries proves my ability to connect with individuals at all levels in companies. I am in the process of opening a new business that helps your average person wanting to upgrade their home to personalized services and products for corporate needs.
