Hi, I’m Maci! I’m a Digital COO and Cofounder of The Virtual Societe, bringing high-level operations to service-based businesses so founders can lead with confidence. Most of my clients are in a growth stage. Things are working, but behind the scenes it’s starting to feel unsustainable. They’re managing too much on their own, juggling too many platforms, or realizing that what got them here isn’t going to support where they want to go. That’s where I come in. With a background in operations and client delivery, I step in as a strategic partner to help streamline the way the business runs. I organize the operations, clarify the focus, and build the systems that support growth so founders can get back to leading instead of managing every little piece.
