An experienced manager and specialist with over fifteen years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, quality control, maintenance, and occupational safety. I have developed my professional career in an international environment, which has allowed me to gain unique skills in working with multicultural teams, as well as effective management skills in dynamic and demanding conditions. I was responsible for supervising teams of up to 30 people, ensuring both the achievement of operational goals and the motivation, development and safety of my subordinates. My experience includes logistics processes such as transport organisation and supply chain supervision, warehouse management and quality control, as well as maintenance and service planning. I have extensive knowledge of process implementation and optimisation, as well as KPI monitoring. Thanks to my developed analytical skills, I effectively identify areas for improvement, implement measures to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency, which translates into real business benefits for the organisation. I have participated in production and logistics projects, coordinating, among other things, the implementation of new production lines, conducting FAT/SAT tests, and developing warehouse processes using SAP systems. At work, I place great emphasis on quality and safety – I have experience in creating health and safety instructions, conducting training, assessing occupational risks and supervising their implementation.
