I design bold, humane systems that make animal welfare work — for dogs, teams, and the people we serve. I currently serve as Head of Operations (maternity cover) at Dogs Trust Ireland, where I’ve also delivered national initiatives like Capacity to Care, Reflective Practice, and a Six Sigma–based Throughput Optimisation programme. Before this, I founded a language school delivering customer service training for export companies—an early lesson in clarity, culture change, and designing systems that work. I believe the sector can do better—fewer silos, more accountability, braver decisions. I build processes that are both humane and effective, and I care as much about the humans in our teams as the animals we serve. Dog dad. Reluctant optimist.
