Experienced Review Appraiser and Collateral Underwriter Subject Matter Expert with a strong track record at Fannie Mae. I bring deep expertise in single-family collateral policy, appraiser quality monitoring, and process optimization. Over the past five years, I’ve been a key contributor to the joint GSE initiative to develop the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and User Guide, including authoring one of the manufactured home report examples released in Q3 2023. As LQC’s Collateral Underwriter(CU) SME, I’ve played an integral role in the development of UAD 3.6 and the modernization of legacy appraisal forms. I’m passionate about knowledge sharing and have trained more than 200 employees and contractors on Collateral Underwriter best practices, scenario-based decision-making, and effective tool utilization. I’m known for driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading with a strategic, forward-thinking approach. While I currently hold no active designations. I earned an IFA Designation in 2007 and maintained that until 2019 and for nearly 10 years served as my chapter’s sec/treas. In 2019 I was awarded a RP - Real Property designation from the ASA and awarded the ASA’s Rising Star.
