About MacKenna M.

As a Mineral Land Negotiator at Cenovus Energy, I apply my problem solving and collaborative skills to facilitate asset acquisition and divestment activities at one of Canada's leading integrated energy companies. I have an Honours Bachelor's degree in Management and Legal Studies from Western University, and industry certificates from SAIT and GeoLogic which have deepened my knowledge and expertise in the oil and gas sector as a young professional. In early 2025, I made the decision to pursue my MBA, knowing that I was ready for the challenge and was motivated to continue growing both personally and professionally. My program officially began in September, and I will be specializing in Finance to strengthen my strategic and analytical capabilities. This decision was a meaningful step in my development, and I am excited to continue building the skills and insights that will allow me to contribute in new and evolving ways.
