That same client-centered philosophy led me to become a top performer in my organization, and it's the approach I carry with me today regardless if my role is in Training/development, Spa Management or Territory Management.As I transitioned into leadership, I became passionate about empowering teams. I focused on tailoring training methods to different learning styles, setting clear expectations, and providing the right tools for success. This approach helped rebuild our center into a high-performing, fully booked operation with consistently positive EBITDA.Today, I bring that experience to my role at Geneo, where I combine spa business KPIs, effective training strategies, and strong rapport-building to drive account growth. My accounts now range from independent professionals to industry-leading med spas, and I’ve delivered consistent year-over-year growth across my territory.Every business is different, but the key to success is always the same: build trust first.
