Hello, my name is Mackenzie Baptiste, and I am currently a Senior at Grand Canyon University, majoring in Applied Business Management with a double minor in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing. My academic background and leadership experience reflect my passion for problem-solving and innovation. During my time at GCU, I have honed skills in critical thinking, adaptability, and strategic planning, which have allowed me to excel academically with a 3.9 GPA while also pursuing extracurricular activities like the Women in Business Club and D1 Rugby. Professionally, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and operational management through roles such as Call Center Specialist at Grand Canyon Education and Membership Sales Associate at Perspire Sauna Studio. These experiences have taught me the importance of effective communication, flexibility, and resilience in fast-paced environments. My time as a Claims Associate Intern at State Farm and a Marketing Fulfillment Assistant at Grand Canyon Education has also equipped me with project management expertise, familiarity with various software tools, and a commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.
