About MacKenzie Bickling

As a senior Mechanical Engineer at Penn State Erie, I am passionate about making manufacturing processes safer, more reliable and, more efficient. My technical skills include CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks as well as experience with a variety Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Project. I also have experience with using ANSYS products for mechanical and fluid applications. Through my internship with Dresser Pipeline Solutions, I was able to apply what I have learned thus far to multiple projects with the quality and engineering departments while also being on the floor everyday and interacting with workers at every stage of the manufacturing process. On campus, I have been apart of many different organizations, such as the Society of Woman Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and Phi Sigma Rho sorority. I am currently seeking a full-time entry level position or a summer internship to grow my knowledge of manufacturing while applying the knowledge I have learned over the last four years while pursuing my degree.
