I am a BGCO Tech Expert with Verizon. I am skilled at problem-solving, both for my customers and for my fellow employees. I am customer-focused, striving to provide the best products and services that meet each customer's needs, all while providing a stellar customer experience. Team building and cooperation are some of my strengths, being asked to organize team building events and onboard new hires. My work experience has provided me with sales, marketing, and customer service skills that are applicable to my goal of a marketing position. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of West Georgia and expect to graduate in the fall of 2025. I am also interested in classical art and literature and view them as foundational to a creative career path.
