About MacKenzie Edwards

Mackenzie Edwards is a Consultant with Berlineaton, passionate about working with public sector organizations to achieve better outcomes for their constituents. Mackenzie brings a strong academic and professional background, holding a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and a Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs, where he ranked among the top 10 students in his class. Before joining Berlineaton, Mackenzie served as a Policy Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada. In this role, he contributed significantly to the renewal of the National Immunization Strategy, a comprehensive, Canada-wide stakeholder engagement process designed to enhance the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of immunization programming across jurisdictions. Mackenzie leverages his analytical skills, facilitation expertise, and strong communication abilities to support Berlineaton’s diverse client base, spending most of his time working with Public Sector and Non-For-Profit clients. He is committed to helping clients develop sustainable solutions and drive positive change in our evolving society. While originally from New Zealand, Mackenzie has lived in BC since 2015, and moved to Victoria in February of 2024. Outside of the office, he can be found on stage as a stand-up comedian, hitting the links on the golf course, and exploring nature!
