I am an experienced communications professional with strong writing and editing skills. I have a diverse background in areas ranging from social media management to team leadership. I am currently employed as a Language Team Lead with Phrasee, a UK-based tech company specializing in the creation of AI-optimized marketing content. I manage a team of 3 direct reports and head cross-team collaboration to help execute the timely completion of my team’s deliverables. I also oversee US-based language team operations. Within this role I've discovered a passion for project management and improving customer experience. My past work at Phrasee has included utilizing a combination of Python and copywriting skills to create bespoke marketing content for a wide variety of companies and brands. I designed streamlined user interfaces to allow customers to engage with their content on-demand. I also monitored 10+ client accounts for usage and results.
