About MacKenzie Garner

It took working for several large public companies across America to realize something about myself. During these years I observed leaders who took pride in their creations and I envied their passion. It was then I realized I needed a project I could throw myself into and have an influence in its development. Work ethic has always been one of my strong traits, but I craved a career I had a vested interest in beyond that of taking home a paycheck. Analytics, logistics and confidence are skills I seek to leverage in future projects, skills which enabled me to succeed at previous stops in Corporate America. My analytical ability was integral in helping a half billion-dollar product in a five year decline reverse course towards consistent growth. Confidence propelled my ideas forward, earning buyoff during presentations with executive boards. Logistical knowledge brought my approved ideas to installation and ensuing long-term success. My array of experiences from cybersecurity sales in NYC, to foreign language education in Asia, to ARPU and retention analytics in Denver, have served as great exposure to new environments and have improved my adaptability. For me, the mission is more important than the role. This is why it is time to begin my own quest or join another’s as an early stage employee, one who can grow with the company and be trusted as a future leader in the organization.
