I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Management and Marketing atthe University of Melbourne. I am equipped with strong interpersonal skills which allow me to work collaboratively. Through previous work experience I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to any work environment and build rapport with colleagues and customers. Being a driven and a strong communicator is reflected in my work ethic. My commitment to building meaningful relationships complements my aspirations in Human Resources, which through my Internship at the Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne was strengthened. I have an interest in the intersections of employee engagement and strategic business goals, as well as psychological marketing. I am eagerly seeking opportunities to further my skills, find new strengths and passions whilst making a meaningful contribution to a firm as I near the end of my degree.
