My background has given me a solid foundation in team development, operational excellence, and leading through change. With this experience, I currently identify top talent for store operations and support individuals in finding roles where they can succeed. Inclusion and equity remains at the heart of everything I do. As the administrator for Wawa's Rainbow Alliance, I have had a hand in providing a space where everyone feels welcomed and valued. I am constantly looking for ways to champion those values in and out of the workplace.
