About MacKenzie McMaster

Mackenzie is a Resident Pharmacist at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She completed her pharmacy education at Harding University College of Pharmacy. Mackenzie has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She finds gratification from taking information and presenting it in multiple formats to accommodate different learning styles and increase the confidence of those she teaches. Her educational abilities have been developed through presenting lectures to nursing students and pharmacy technicians, providing one-on-one tutoring to pharmacy students, and coordinating a month-long holistic health class for high school students. Mackenzie has an interest in leadership and management. In high school, she gained valuable management experience through her time at Chick-fil-A, where she worked as a Drive Thru Lead and later as Drive Thru Director. She continued to seek out leadership experiences through serving in officer positions in her pharmacy school’s organizations, most notably as Secretary and then President of her local SSHP chapter. Mackenzie enjoys working in a team and utilizing the different strengths of each team member in order to maximize outcomes.
