About MacKenzie Noe

I'm a Consultant at Deloitte supporting Government and Public Services (GPS), non-profits, and commercial clients with strategy design and implementation. I leverage my strategic and analytical skills to support clients in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing strategic objectives and their risks. To accomplish these tasks, I use my core consulting skills to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, capture meaningful insights, develop engaging presentations and reports, and engage with key stakeholders to present findings for enhancing decision making. My experiences have exposed me to a wide range of skill areas, including strategy development, marketing and strategic communications, process improvements, change management, facilitation, project management, governance implementation, and risk management.
