As an HR professional with close to 5 years of experience in international companies, my purpose at work is to support and empower employees by making equitable and thoughtful decisions that positively impact their work lives. I am passionate about fostering a growth mindset, streamlining policies and processes, and providing robust HR support that ensures employees feel valued, supported, and engaged. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to manage the full employee life cycle, improve HR business practices, and consult on organizational design. My experience spans various roles, including advising senior leadership on employee needs, leading change management projects, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in Work, Organization, and Health Psychology (Strategic HRM) with a minor in Diversity & Inclusion, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to strategically align HR practices with diverse needs, initiatives, and organizational goals. In my current role, I advise leadership on local employee needs, guide the annual HR budget process, initiate and coordinate cross-departmental projects, and manage change with directors and employees alike. I manage the employee life cycle, leverage the HRIS to maintain accurate HR info, and ensure that payroll aligns with organizational and local guidelines across countries. Earlier on in the role, I was overseeing talent acquisition for middle management positions. My work is characterized by a proactive, collaborative, and open-minded approach, which enables me to effectively manage both strategic and operational HR functions. I am deeply committed to improving employee support, development, and retention. Whether it's enhancing onboarding procedures, facilitating successful employee integration, or advising on HR policies, my goal is always to contribute to a positive and thriving work environment.
