With over 10 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, I am a driven sales and marketing leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for Pernod Ricard, the world's second largest premium wine and spirits supplier. I am continously motivated by the opportunity to grow Pernod Ricard's market share and profitability in the state of Colorado - a Top 10 US Market for the Group - while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture with our distributor partners and internal stakeholders. As State Manager for Colorado, I direct $50M+ in annual net sales for Pernod Ricard's diverse portfolio of spirits, wine, and champagne brands. I lead and manage the relationship with Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits of Colorado, the largest wine and spirits distributor in the U.S, and align them to our strategic goals and performance metrics. I also work closely with the Finance, Chains and Commercial Marketing teams to communicate and execute national and local programs that drive consumer demand and loyalty. I am proud of the achievements we continuously make in increasing our market share, expanding our distribution, and launching innovative campaigns that showcase our brand stories and values. Additionally, it is of utmost importance to me to foster a culture of inclusivity, high accountably and executional excellence with a focus on coaching and development for both direct and indirect reports.
