About MacKenzie Thomas

I’m a Doctor of Audiology and the founder of Altitude Audiology, an independent private practice in Spring Branch, Texas. After more than a decade working in the hearing care field—including cochlear implant programming, intraoperative neuromonitoring, and working with a large ENT group—I decided to build something of my own. In 2019, I opened Altitude Audiology with a simple but powerful mission: provide high-quality, compassionate hearing care in a place where people feel seen, heard, and valued. We’re proud to serve the Bulverde/Spring Branch area, including our veteran community, with a personalized approach that’s often missing in larger systems. As a business owner, I wear a lot of hats—but nothing matters more to me than building strong relationships, leading with integrity, and supporting the amazing team that helps make it all happen. I’m especially proud of the culture we’ve created, where patients feel like family and our staff feels empowered to grow. Outside the office, I’m a big animal lover (we even have a spirited office cat named Binx), and I love caring for wildlife, traveling the world, and staying grounded in the things that matter most: family, community, and purpose.
