About MacKinley Fix

I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agribusiness from Grace College & Seminary, where I learned the fundamentals of the agricultural industry and the business aspects of managing and marketing agricultural products and services. Currently, I am a Customer Service Specialist at Strategic Enrollment Services (SES), a company that provides enrollment solutions for educational institutions and employers. At SES, I answer customer service calls and emails, reconcile payroll and create invoices, and analyze reports and find discrepancies. I work alongside brokers and human resources to ensure reports are being reconciled correctly and efficiently. I have developed strong customer support, client services, and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am passionate about helping customers and clients achieve their goals and providing them with the best service possible.
