Ubuntu - I am because we are Teaching, coaching, and program management all boil down to being an aggressive learner and the confidence to share that knowledge in an accessible medium. This is my creed. I want to flood the world with elite decision-makers in every aspect of my work. Within my association, if you want something done, you come to me. Athletes, Parents, Employees, and Management use me as a solution-focused swiss army knife. I love to dream big and find innovative solutions for tough problems (with sustainability in the front of my mind). 9 years in the industry (working in small and large associations) have given me awesome opportunities. My breath of experience includes a Bachelor of Education (Primary) with a focus in inclusive education and differentiation, Certificate in Sport Psychology, Mental Health First Aid training, 9 years of community coaching, 7 years of competitive coaching in schools and at the representative and state level, use of video education, mindfulness training and some amazing relationships with the basketball community of Sydney. I love coaching.
