Analyzing current situations and planning for the future motivates me to do my best; whether that be for the next day or the next five years- A quote collector and a storyteller. I take pride in engaging the heart and mind of an audience, moving them towards active participation in the mission of an organization- Strategic in thought and action. I enjoy seeing plans move from thought to action- I find connecting with people and being relational to be very important in my career- Stewarding my work towards helping others, meeting a need, or advancing a mission is essential in any job function of mine.
