About Macy Holden

Hi there! I’m a Leasing and Marketing Specialist with a passion for connecting people with homes they’ll love. Over the years, I’ve helped residents find their perfect space in everything from garden-style communities to luxury high-rises, all while keeping a smile on everyone’s face.I thrive on making leasing simple, fun, and stress-free! whether it’s giving a tour, answering questions, or creating marketing campaigns that get people excited about a community. My experience spans solo roles where I handled all leasing and marketing responsibilities, to leadership positions where I guided teams and drove occupancy goals.Outside of leasing, I’ve honed my customer service and sales skills in hospitality and luxury retail, giving me a unique perspective on creating experiences that people remember. I love blending creativity with strategy to help communities grow, residents feel at home, and properties reach their full potential.Let’s connect if you’re passionate about property management, marketing, or just want to swap stories about the joy of helping people find their next home!
