Oversaw and led full housekeeping duties for Ponte Vedra Inn & Club as the Housekeeping Manager. Successfully reduced employee turnover - increased customer experience through housekeeping and facilities maintenance. Managed daily operations for One Ocean Resort and Spa with indirect management of the Front Office, Reservations, Concierge, and Engineering with 3 department leaders, 4 managers, 7 supervisors, and over 80 employees. Led the team to uphold and enhance the corporate brand and excellence in accommodations, to once again, exceed guests expectations and drive quality scores, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales and revenue.
