About Macy Richardson

As Michelle Obama said "Success isn't about how much money you make, it's about the difference you make in people's lives." I’ve always believed in showing up each day with positive energy, knowing that even small actions can have a meaningful impact. In this field, I use that energy to create a supportive environment for others especially in areas like academics, where they may feel challenged or discouraged. I began my career as an intern in which I spearheaded an initiative to build relationships on campus and create reports using MS office that were communicated to coaches and senior administration. This is where I realized my passion for innovation and problem solving. In academics I am able to build and foster positive relationships, creatively solve the smallest issues to the most difficult, and provide mentorship to students and young professionals in the industry. Throughout my career I have been given opportunities to serve as an academic advisor while in graduate school, restructure a class checking program to enhance efficiency, and spearhead a guest coach program that cultivated relationships on campus. This field has allowed me to grow professionally and personally by strengthening my skills in priority management, operations management, and communication
