About Madalin Evans

I am a MS Graduate student graduating in May 2024. While in school, I have experience doing detailed mapping in rigid terranes, lab analysis such as running Electron Backscatter Diffraction on a Scanning Electron Microscope, and processing codes such as MTEX scripts through MATLAB. I am extremely organized and tend to accomplish duties in such a timely manner well before the deadline while maintaining efficiency. I am able to conduct multiple tasks at a time and prioritize certain duties to meet all quotas making me a versatile worker. I finished my Master's Proposal 5 months prior to its deadline. I have taught classes, graded homework, conducted research, completed homework assignments, and attended meetings all within a limited time period and still managed to complete all the necessary work in a methodical way where all deliverables were considered high quality. This is amongst the few examples I've encountered over the years. I completed a Geotechnical Internship at ECS in the summer of 2023 and have been exposed to more field work and lab analyses. Every year I have spent in school, I have also worked a job at the same time while achieving a 4.0 GPA. I believe I am considered a valued employee who works hard to go above and beyond expectations. I feel achievement when I am able to be a reliable worker knowing superiors can count on me to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I am anxiously looking for a job in the Houston, TX area where I can showcase my knowledge and skills within a company that is excited to have me, as I am them. I am ready to commit to the job and settle down for a company that appreciates my work and finds me dependable and resilient.
