I’ve had the privilege of transitioning from a junior software developer into a software engineering lead throughout my career. My journey began in 2014 as a software developer, where I honed my technical skills and developed a strong foundation in designing and building software solutions. In 2020, I transitioned into a software engineering management role, where I found my passion for leading teams and driving projects to success. My focus has been on fostering collaborative environments, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. I thrive in roles where I can blend my technical expertise with leadership, helping teams achieve their full potential. In May 2023, I relocated to the Netherlands, embracing a new chapter in my career as an independent contractor for an European agency. This role has broadened my perspective, allowing me to work with diverse teams across different cultural contexts and tackle challenges on an international scale. I am always eager to contribute to an organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
