In my role as National Sales Manager at Alufix, I oversee operations within the sales department, sell the company's diverse product line, and develop commercial policies as well as sales strategies. I also identify opportunities to enhance business across all channels, including IKAs, Top TT, Horeca, distributors, DIY, and online platforms. I possess more than 10 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, along with seven years of experience in the pharma channel. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered outstanding results for esteemed global producers and brands such as P&G, Duracell, Ace, Kellogg's, Tchibo, Lindt, Bolton, Nestle, Danone, and more. My strength lies in building high-performing businesses and people management. Leading teams of up to 50 individuals, I've enhanced my training and coaching skills. Moreover, I have twice received the prestigious award for the best sales team from Interbrands. I attend trainings that cover various topics such as commercial strategy building, account management, leadership and coaching. On a personal level, I am happily married and a father of two girls. I am deeply passionate about dogs, raising two German shepherds. Keeping the work-life balance is challenging for me, but I try to find harmony.
