About Madalyn Lynch

I offer a decade of expertise in resource development and grant writing. My role at Pursuit primarily entails identifying funding opportunities, crafting, and submitting compelling grant proposals with a strong, demonstrative history of wins. In particular, I am especially skilled at federal grant proposals and programs. My expertise extends to managing the complete proposal lifecycle, from market research to funder outreach, contract management, monitoring and reporting. Over the past two years alone, I’ve led collaborative funding efforts that have significantly contributed to Pursuit's growth, securing over $5MM in resources for programmatic and operational advancements. Over the course of my career thus far I’ve fundraised and secured $20MM in funding for the organizations I’ve served.
