Hi there, I'm Maddi. I'm currently working as a Travel Director for Maritz Global Events. I oversee and help to deliver incentive travel programs and business meetings that make an impact on customers, employees, and stakeholders across the world. Traveling not only inspires my imagination, but it expands my knowledge and understanding of other people. I'm consistently learning and growing as an individual, colleague, and friend. I thrive in finding solutions to new obstacles. With that comes an opportunity to explore new avenues of growth and wisdom. I enjoy that uncomfortable feeling of doing something for the first time and the reward of experience that follows. Working as a Travel Director has allowed me to continue my professional advancement in addition to my personal development.
