As a Human Resource Management professional, I have a strong academic background, with a business administration degree and a focus in finance and human resources. Currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management at Temple University, I am eager to continue applying my knowledge and skills to help others grow and develop. The advanced HRM certificate I earned at Temple University equips me with the expertise to influence all HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and talent management based on SHRM. I align workforce planning with organizational goals to ensure that employees remain engaged and contribute to long-term success. I truly believe, as Lawrence Bossidy said, “Nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies.” This resonates with me because my passion lies in helping others grow, whether in formal HR roles or by supporting friends, family, and even strangers with their professional development. In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in the "Healing Roots Project," a soon-to-be nonprofit organization focused on trash cleanups and partnering with other nonprofits to make a meaningful impact in our communities. This initiative allows me to contribute to environmental sustainability and community wellness. With a focus on continuous improvement, I strive to streamline processes and create sustainable HR practices that enhance both employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
