Passionate about innovation and talent development, I am working in IT environment with 8 years of experience at Dell, where I have grown into a dedicated People Manager for the past 4 years. My career has been shaped by several career changes before transitioning to the IT field a decade ago. At Dell, I've had the privilege of leading and developing diverse teams, with a focus on customer success as a second mission of my daily job. Our customers satisfaction is one of my priority. Outside of my manager role, I am also co-leading an Employee Resources Group that promote gender diversity. I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and succeed. Our focus is to work on diversity and inclusion.
