I am currently a student in my fourth year at Griffith University studying Medical Laboratory Science. I am hoping to find work as a laboratory scientist. I am a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual seeking an opportunity to gain experience whilst using my current knowledge and skills. I am able to work confidently with diverse cultures and situations. I am recognised as a capable team member able to work effectively and cooperatively within multidisciplinary teams which can be evidenced from my experience working in retail, as a lifeguard and currently as a supervisor. I am an effective communicator, which I believe is important for any future career. Through my previous work experience, I have been in situations where communication was of utmost importance, including guest complaints, training of new employees and problems within workplaces which I have been able to handle well. I am confident that I can manage my time well currently working part time and keeping up with university commitments.
