About Madelanne Rust-Deye

I’m a leadership strategist, senior consultant, and executive coach working at the intersection of individual transformation and systemic change. I help leaders and organisations cultivate the internal conditions – relational, strategic, and cultural – that make bold, collaborative innovation possible. With a background in counselling psychology (MA Naropa University, 2012), I bring a psychologically informed lens to team dynamics, leadership development, and facilitation. Since shifting my focus to organisational work in 2016, I’ve held senior roles within RISE Beyond Consulting, where I’ve led substantial client accounts and served a term as Managing Partner. My work spans high-level work with senior leadership teams to organisation-wide engagement on culture, innovation, and changemaking. I’m passionate about enabling people and groups to embody their full potency and potential, and to relate effectively across difference and complexity. Outside of RISE, I’m a Trustee for two global charities and co-founder of Culture Garden, a community of facilitators working to support third-sector, grassroots and youth-led initiatives in transition toward more collaborative ways of being and doing together. I am a certified Master Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (ISMETA), and developed Body-Informed Leadership, a training programme that builds embodied relational skills for a more just, joyful, and interconnected world.
