20 +Years of experience in Training and Development established me as a mastermind in this field. I have a passion for people, their growth and developing them to become the best version of themselves, both at home and at work. Aligning myself to the business by becoming a strategic partner, allows me to successfully implement learning initiatives that are unique and focused. These initiatives are underlying to the specific company culture, its people and their needs. My areas of expertise include: • assessing and aligning training needs, • developing and delivering training initiatives, • monitoring and evaluating the training interventions. Connecting all the dots lead to individuals, teams, and organisations increasing the organisational effectiveness, achieving bottom-line results and ultimately, employees that are happier and engaged. I have successfully trained candidates from blue collar to executive level, in small to multinational organisations. Building trusting and lasting relationships with organisations is the key to my 93.68% satisfaction rate after interventions. My personal mission is to up-skill people with the necessary knowledge and skills, by empowering them through learning, growing and achieving their personal and business goals. I thrive on solving problems in a practical way and inspire others to do the same. Instilling a passion for life-long learning in individuals to gain constant self-development is what I aspire to do.
