As Nordic Client Lead at 360Leaders, I help some of Europe’s most ambitious tech companies, particularly in the B2B SaaS space, build exceptional leadership teams. Being Nordic myself, I have a strong focus on the Nordics, but I also work extensively across Europe, partnering with founders, investors, and executive teams on critical executive hires that drive growth and long-term success. I've worked in the recruitment space since 2012, combining executive search expertise with a strong understanding of scaling businesses. Prior to executive search, I gained hands-on experience at a fintech startup, giving me valuable perspective on the challenges fast-growth companies face from the inside.
