About Madeleine Eames
My interest lies in mind-body health and healing of trauma and pain that holds people back from living their limitless potential. I work mainly with women suffering from burnout, depression and pain. I have a background of over 30 years working in different facets of mental health. My online coaching programs support women leaders to release patterns and blocks so they can rise and live with ease. My training includes Transformational Breathwork, Mind-Body Medicine at the Benson Henry Institute at Harvard University, Mindfulness training with Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn and a 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training with a specialty in anxiety and chronic pain. I have further training in embodied yoga and yoga for chronic pain and anxiety as well as advanced training in treating trauma and relationship counselling.
