Hey, I'm Madeleine and I work as an all-rounder in the area of agile business. In the roles of Scrum Master, SPC, RTE, Agile Coach or Product Owner, I have been working in international teams in Stuttgart and China for almost 8 years now. From the automotive industry to connected power tools, from Scrum to SAFe, in web or app, in large corporations or medium-sized businesses: everything has been part of my experience to this point – even family businesses with their very special challenges are part of my treasure trove of experience as well. No matter in which field of activity, my approach is always the same: My personal goal is to make the world a little bit better every day! That means in my daily life to bring people together and enable teams to be the most effectively, so that everyone can contribute their strengths to the common goal. I support my clients in different roles but always with the approach to get the best out of themselves, where my MBA studies in innovation and technology, my systemic education as a team coach as well as my strategic work at the beginning of my career pays off. My clients appreciate my relentlessness in trying to improve and optimise things, as well as my emotional distance, which allows me to remain objective and flexible in order to keep an eye on the big picture. My openness, empathy and patience allow me to reach out to teams and every single person behind them to initiate a change in thinking. What differentiates me from other people: The courage to make a difference and not to be afraid to lend a hand. I am a big fan of quick, simple and feasible solutions and have little love for PowerPoint-Bingo and Meeting-Mainia. The combination of my strategic experience, my broad methodological expertise for an agile approach to work, my systemic education and my love for effectiveness, allows me to tackle exactly that. Where every day there is the challenge to take on that no team, no client and no person is the same and so there are always new ideas and approaches to be found: my personal fascination in this way of work.
