About Madeleine Green

Hello! I am Madeleine Green a Texan living in Denver Colorado with a passion for natural resource and land use sustainability. Currently, I work at the Estes Valley Land Trust coordinating stewardship monitoring and developing outreach materials for volunteers, members, and donors. Before I have worked with an array of organizations, highlighted in my experience section, that worked towards promoting short and long term solutions for equitable and sustainable environmental management. One of my greatest successes has been completing an internship in Washington D.C. in a Congressional Office. This experience taught me to think on my feet and adapt to all new topics that comes to the Congressman's door. My other significant accomplishment is working with a team from my graduate program, Masters of the Environment, to create a Resilience Framework for Jefferson County Open Space. The framework to this day helps the agency promote resiliency to address modern day stressors and shocks that impacts the open space and parks.
