About Madeleine M.

Fashion has been in my blood since birth. My mom was a buyer for multiple boutiques, and I grew up immersed in the industry with her, participating in fashion shows, and developing a deep love and eye for style from an early age. I officially entered the world of retail as a teenager, starting in a small, locally loved boutique, joining the Nordstrom Fashion Board, and later earning a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising with a Business minor from Colorado State University. Throughout college, I held multiple internships with boutique fashion designers and worked in New York City in luxury PR and eveningwear. All while juggling multiple side jobs that included everything from scooping ice cream to busing tables and even going door to door asking for votes. That hustle taught me how to thrive in fast-paced environments, build meaningful relationships, and stay grounded under pressure. My journey with UGG (Deckers Brands) began on the East Coast, where I educated accounts in the New England market on the brand and new seasonal product. Today, I manage the Pacific Northwest and Mountain States, overseeing 10 states as an Account Executive and continuing to grow with the company I love. Now, as a mom and sales rep, I bring resilience, heart, and drive to everything I do. Building strong partnerships, leading with integrity, and approaching challenges with both strategy and empathy. I believe the perspective and skills I’ve gained as a mother make me a more effective collaborator, communicator, and advocate for thoughtful growth.
