A curious project- and portfolio manager motivated by challenges in new categories and fields. Acknowledged for my ability to create relations with people, deliver results and connect the deliveries to a given strategy and goals, be structured and organized. My prime motivator is to work with development and potential improvements in both processes and people. 20+ experience from international cross-functional project management within product development, process development, development of working processes and IT applications. Portfolio management on corporate level incl. processes and IT applications. Transforming a strategic project into a strategic program including translating strategies into concrete ideas, initiation and coordination of projects and selling/anchoring to/with relevant stakeholders. Facilitation of workshops/business plans on several organizational levels. Originally MSc in Chemical Engineering with additional trainings within Business Economics, Product Management, EU-projects and Health.
