About Madeleine Roberts

Hi, I'm Madeleine. A copyright professional based in Melbourne, Australia. Navigating copyright can be complicated. So, over the past 7 years, I’ve acquired a road map of the industry and found the best ways to get from A to B to Z. I specialise in copyright assessment, licensing and negotiation, contracts, and royalties. I have a knack for investigation, detail and implementing rights strategies. In Education, I work with content developers to ensure new and existing titles have third party clearance across print, digital and new media formats. I engage image libraries, independent right holders and royalty free vendors for reuse of their content, as well as supporting production with asset delivery and commissioning of owned illustrations. In Music, I represent the interests of artists and catalogues, administering recording and publishing rights across the multitude of royalty streams and organisations. From APRA AMCOS to PPCA, registration to collection, disputes to resolution – I ensure rights holders get paid. Have questions about me or what I do? Please connect and send me a message to discuss.
