About Madeleine Spencer

Touring, arts and numbers are my three great passions. After working as a graduate accountant I moved back into the arts in 2014, primarily managing merchandise sales for touring artists, including all aspects from range planning and forecasting, to printing and ordering, logistics management and show sales. During the pause in touring I studied data analytics through the University of Western Australia, to improve my forecasting skills in order to better analyse sales and industry trends for my clients. I have toured nationally and internationally with ACDC [Rock or Bust Australia and NZ, 2015 ], Dune Rats [Australia and Europe, 2017, 2018] and Xavier Rudd [Australia, Europe, US and Canada 2017,2018,2019, 2022, 2023] and Rufus Du Sol [Australia 2016 and Australia and New Zealand 2022]. I have toured nationally with Seth Sentry [2015, 2017], Karnivool [2016,2019], John Butler Trio [2018], Summersalt Festival and By The C Festival [2022] and Thelma Plum [2022]. While I'm primarily chief cotton slinger, box carrier, excel spreadsheet extraordinaire, in some cases also I'm also a promoter representative or all rounder tour and personal assistant. I am an experienced venue front of house manager and festival artist liaison manager who loves being involved in bringing events to the public [Astor Theatre, Mellen Events, Perth Festival].
