I am currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Emerson wherein I monitor and respond incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and chats. I explain product specifications, features, and troubleshooting methods, and provide documents to the customers and sales representatives. I was a Sales Engineer at First Multi-tech Industrial and Development Corporation, I worked with a team of engineers and sales representatives to provide technical solutions and support to our clients in the construction industry. I was responsible for preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and delivering presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.I am also pursuing my Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Mapúa University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in electrical design, power systems, and renewable energy. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University, where I was an RA 7687 Scholar and an intern at Ventanas Philippines Construction Inc.I am passionate about applying my engineering and sales skills to contribute to the development and innovation of the construction sector. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and to take on new challenges and opportunities. I am confident that I can bring value and excellence to any organization that I join.
