About Madelin Devar

I currently work on a CST team as a team leader with the severely mentally ill adult population. I have experience in case management, facilitating skills training groups, coordinating care with clinical teams, conducting risk assessments, and managing crisis situations. I also manage a team of social workers and nurses and provide regular supervision to ensure quality clinical interventions and growth. I spent several years in the customer service industry working with diverse populations in a teamwork-oriented setting. I also volunteered for a year on a 24/7 crisis response team providing support and resources to clients in an empowering and empathetic way. I have received a masters in forensic psychology and just started another graduate program through Adler University to obtain a masters in clinical mental health counseling.
