About Madeline Asmus

As a Software Engineering Manager, I lead by example, utilizing my experience in defining attainable and realistic goals and objectives. My leadership views can be best described as supportive and involved in solutions with an engineering team. I provide management support and utilize team member skill sets to match objectives, promoting team collaboration. I provide individual and team acknowledgment in achieving goals while meeting challenging product delivery schedules. As the Engineering Manager, I will bring a variety of development methodologies, and SDLC best practice, an understanding of multiple disciplines and an agnostic software language skill set. I am able to screen and interview applicants, hire and give direction for new member on-boarding. I will provide ongoing feedback to team members in conjunction with career guidance for individual goals and objectives. I am a manager that brings positive and constructive feedback, and I expect the work place to have a culture of encouragement for all employees. Working in an agile work environment does not negate the need for good planning and collaboration. The combination is how schedules are met and all may benefit and can look forward to an enjoyable, challenging yet fun work experience. Every day matters. Specialties: I have a great sense of humor, and I'm blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people. Covid vaccinated in support of keeping family, friends and community safe.
