With over four years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a passionate and driven Senior Business Development and Recruiting Manager at Your Castle Real Estate, where I also serve as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. My mission is to source and develop pipelines of prospects and contacts, maintain and foster relationships with clients and partners, and manage and train a team of eight employees. I have a field of expertise in creating and delivering presentations and marketing materials, planning and hosting networking events, and strategizing effective ways to pitch the company's value proposition. I thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and contribute to the company's growth and culture. In my current role, I am responsible for hitting the team's sales numbers monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and holding team members accountable. I also manage the social media platforms within the company, and assist in the completion of onboarding documentation with real estate agents. Additionally, I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with The Wendling Group at Your Castle Real Estate, where I help clients buy and sell properties in the Denver area. I leverage my skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork to provide excellent service and satisfaction to my clients and colleagues. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I have completed the Trailhead Explorer program by Salesforce to enhance my knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce.
